• Reservations: name, email, phone, reservation date, number of guests, selected service.

• Processing reservations — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact form data is retained for 12 months from the last communication. Reservation data is retained for 5 years due to legal obligations. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics terms (up to 26 months).

We use Google Analytics 4 to track site visits (visitor count, pages viewed, session duration). Data is anonymised and not linked to your personal identity. Analytics are activated only with your consent via the cookie banner. You may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
